How does it work?

The 8 week journey will be tailored to your individual weight loss goals, health and lifestyle. The focus of the journey is to help you achieve the best healthy version of you by guiding and supporting you in three main areas:

In Chinese Medicine food is viewed to be more than vitamins and minerals; it acts as medicine to help boost your well-being and prevent illness. On this journey you will be given guidance on a healthy eating plan tailored to your individual health requirements, food preferences or allergies. The foundation of the eating plan is to limit refined sugar and processed foods and one that strengthens your health based on the energetic property of food that will heal you.

2. Acupuncture

You will be given acupuncture once a week to help regulate hunger, balance your hormones and boost your metabolism and energy. A recent study showed acupuncture to be very effective in weight loss and reducing waist circumference, this treatment will help your body to detox, rebalance and shed excess weight.

You may feel other health benefits of acupuncture such as improved immunity, more energy and better sleep.

3. Mindful eating
